Hi, I'm Phanel Jean Baptiste, the founder of TxtAnOffer.

I'm not a real estate agent — I'm a software builder with a passion for solving real problems with simple tools. TxtAnOffer started after a conversation with a Texas REALTOR who walked me through what a bad day actually looks like: standing in a driveway or sitting in a parking lot, laptop open, manually filling 40+ fields on a TREC 20-19 while a buyer waits, because in Texas real estate the agent who gets their offer in first often gets the house.
