Is TC File Check really free?
Yes. Your first 3 full reports need nothing at all. After that, add your email to keep getting full reports, still free. No card, no trial.
Do you keep my client’s file?
No. A file you check is deleted right after your report. If you get the report by email, its subject line includes the property address, and for bulk checks we keep each file’s name and issue count, viewable at your batch link. The one exception is on purpose: on the Brokerage plan, contracts you forward or upload to your archive, and offers your agents text in, are kept 5 years for your records.
